  1. i was thinking…if we are obsessing on giving our clients impeccable service, then that drives us to excel. then we have no competitors. our customers wouldn’t even think of going anywhere else. they are our customers for life. and raving fans besides. hooray for the “impeccability factor”!

  2. @Ritzya: I REALLY like that. In fact, I believe Jeff Bezos goes on to say exactly that.

  3. So often we can be in marketing mode aka “customer acquisition” mode and forget that our biggest gains usually come from building a rock solid core clientele that refers us to friends…great point.
