  1. Jeffrey Gitomers book was transformational back in the day. He still impresses with his simple straight forward advice that often times is just us needing to take a step back and see the bigger picture.

    There are plenty of places where everything is ok or even good…but being great, exceptional and more makes people notice. It’s just advice we all need every day.

    I’m going to go out right now and check on my guests….make sure they’re having an EXCEPTIONAL experience.
