  1. So often we spend our moments chasing after new business, almost putting on autopilot the awesome and loyal guests we have. I do my best to avoid this trap, having our loyalty program and email list in place, we can dole out valuable (hopefully) content and fun stuff to keep building our community…great point Steve!

  2. Great stuff, Tony. I’d like to believe that Mr. Rohn is referring to this: the amount of attention and dollars we invest in attracting new business when that same investment could be made in our existing fan base. Peter Shankman says, “Be amazing to the customers you have, they’ll bring you the customers you want.”
