    Steve – The construction business is so full of things that can go wrong, so we do not give referrals,unless we are absolutely sure we have a perfect referral. It is a problem for us. Everyone wants to help, but it has backfired. Our subs may work well for us, but not so well directly for our clients.

    I imagine others are able to recommend/refer your firm without hesitation? If so, then perhaps you could share your “secrets” with those that are less referral-worthy.
