    Perhaps even take it a step further and have your own company’s internal directory include the phonetic spelling of each employee’s name, so anyone who may answer the company’s phone, will have easy access and should be able to pronounce the name of every employee correctly. This would especially come in handy when a potential customer calls in not knowing how to pronounce the name of the person they are calling.
