Ever notice and/or hear about the personal interests of your clients? This type of “low-hanging fruit” is all around us. It’s up to us to be aware of these things, take note, and act on them when appropriate. In this noisy world, what are you doing to build relationships and remain top-of-mind with your clients via personalized gifts and thoughtful information sharing? Care cannot be declared … it must be demonstrated, and personalization is a great way to do that.
Steve, though I really enjoy all your daily CS tips – this one really hit home. It’s challenging in today’s busy/high paced world to slow down and take in what’s right under our noses. Not only is it good business to take to the time to go deep and really get to know our clients – but it makes our journey that much more enjoyable too! Thanks for the sobering reminder to stay present and build authentic relationships with our our clients. I really like the way you worded it: “care cannot be declared, it must be demonstrated…” Good post Steve!
