One of my BIGGEST pet peeves… it wouldn’t probably be as big a deal aside from the usually abysmal level of customer service that exists in many places.
Sometimes it truly sets me off…
“no problem”…of course no problem! that is WHAT YOU ARE HERE FOR! why would this EVER be a problem! 🙂

I have worked on this with my staff…and me! It has become a social norm for some reason, and usually it is just reactive… your suggestions are very appropriate…
