When leaving your phone number on a voicemail message, always say it twice and say it slowly. This will give your customer time to write it down, and then verify what they’ve written.

    This is so easy to do and provides 2 to 3 the times the benefit for the effort. Who amongst us hasn’t received a voice message where we wish the person would have just spoken their phone number a little more slowly!
