  1. Couldnt agree more, being inconsistantly good is worse than being consistantly bad. Consistancy is what client learn to depend on and what builds trust.

  2. great tip, steve. a second cousin to consistency is practice. i had a director who used to say: “practice doesn’t make perfect. practice makes permanent. PERFECT PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT!” it’s important to remember that whatever we do consistently will become a habit! so whatever we are doing consistently, let’s make sure we’re doing it IMPECCABLY!
