  1. i know what you mean. K.I.S.S. not only does it paralyze the customer. it also frustrates the sales professional. too many choices overwhelm me. who needs 200 varieties of cereal? or 50 shades of “white”? i didn’t know how frustrated my boyfriend got until he blew up at me one evening because i take so long ordering at restaurants. now i go on line and decide before i go out or let him choose, eliminating both my paralysis and his frustration. we’re both happy. keeping the options simple keeps it impeccable.
