  1. I always love this one! It is the best and extremely easy to do, however….consistency is the name of the game. Once you deliver, make sure you keep on delivering.

  2. Agreed, Rick. Too often you see people doing the opposite; over promising, perhaps in an effort to simply tell people what they want to hear. When those people consistently under deliver, it doesn’t take long for people to start trusting them (their word) less.
